Founder & Chief Education Officer at Rimwe Educational Resources, Fulbright Scholar to Rwanda; Specializes in Approach Training professional development for teachers, best practices in hybrid education, and making math make sense.He has an extensive experience in the development and implementation of effective teaching practices through technology, inquiry-based pedagogy, project-based educational activities, and hybrid education at schools across the United States and in Rwanda. As the founder and Chief Education Officer of Rimwe Educational Resources, he advises and mentor educators who seek to implement effective changes in teaching methodology to create more student-centered instruction and learner responsibility. Prior to launching his company, he taught various graduate and undergraduate courses in mathematics, mathematics education, and teaching with technology. In addition, he supervised student teachers, fostered the K-12 school / University collaboration as liaison, and both designed and implemented the field-based projects for the teacher-trainer programs at several universities. He is a certified online instructor and a Fulbright Scholar to Rwanda where he served as Director of E-Learning for the Kigali Institute of Science & Technology.  As an educational technology specialist, he has created multimedia educational software and trained teachers on utilizing various Web 2.0 technologies and computer software in their classes.
